TimeTraveller by Godot & Co. GmbH redefines productivity with its unique approach to scheduling and time allocation, but it still has room for improvement.

Time Traveller is a Windows App which automatically updates the time on your PC wherever you travel. You don't need a GPS module, special hardware, a personal chant or a secret handshake. Just fire up your computer, connect to the internet and within nanoseconds, you're on local time.
Like a trusted familiar Time Traveller works in the background and dutifully monitors the network address (IP) of your internet connection. So whenever you connect to the internet Time Traveller instantaneously notifies our realtime geolocation server and switches your system's clock to the relevant time zone.
What's great about it
It's a no brainer. Install and forget. It is familiar with every corner of the globe and updates accordingly. It notifies you of time zone updates as and when they occur. It lets you check the currently active time zone configuration by rolling the mouse over the Time Traveller icon. It deals with all anomalies such as daylight savings time. It ensures that your files and e mails are never tagged with the wrong time (as so often happens with manual changing).
